cpliving.com 3 JK @2016-11-04 I am applying to move into a unit at their College St building in Kitchener, even given some negative points. First, Centurion falsely advertised information on their ads by having various pictures (not of the unit being shown, saying that parking is $50 and not $2(won't complain about that) although parking is at the Weber St building around the corner which was not advertised. Also, the ad said that heat and water were included, but the landlord said all utilities are extra and that Centurion doesn't updates the ads to what they should be. The landlord was also about 10 minutes late to the three meeting I had set up. Even given these points, the rent of $795 plus utilities still comes into my budget and isn't a terrible price considering proximity to downtown. However please take caution if you see their ads and ensure the landlord explains everything!
