Worst customer service ever. For two weeks, I tried to reach their area manager, left 3 voice mails on her cell, never got a call back. Called their head office in TX and scheduled an appointment through them. The appointment was scheduled at 10:30. I was their on time. After 20 mins of waiting, went back to the receptionist who did not seem to have taken any action. She called the person I am supposed to meet to discover he is in another city. I do not understand what on earth the receptionist exactly did after she checked me in. I found it ridiculous me as a client have to chase their people and wait two weeks for someone to return my calls. I do not wanna deal with such company even if they offer their service for FREE. Complete lack of client appreciation and respect of their time

Set up this virtual office as a local mailing address but never received any mail that was sent. Cancelling the contract is a nightmare and they continue to charge my cc. Signed a 3 month contract and cancelled after 2 months. They claim that a minimum of 3 months notice can be given once the contract term ends but the agreement states only 2 months is required. Even though I paid the first and last month in advance and they confirmed they received my cancellation they are not honoring their terms and agreement that I signed. I was told by Regus not to contact my credit card company to file a dispute (Visa can only reverse charges within the last 90 days). Should have paid for 5 months, so far they have taken 8 months ++ and no response to resolving the issue.

It was my big mistake to sign an agreement with Regus, Saint-Martin, Laval. The most unprofessional, untrained staff I have ever seen. They don't know what they are doing there at all. Every month I was getting incorrect invoices, some strange additional charges, they always explained it as system error. Finally, already more than 45 days I can't get back my deposit, The area manager is telling that the cheque is cut and sent, but I haven't received it already few weeks

My experience with Regus was wonderful. The staff were VERY welcoming to myself and my clients. I felt the ladies went above and beyond when I was visiting. I also had the chance to meet some of the current clients and they had only positive things to say about there experience with Regus and the staff. The center itself is beautiful. Pros: Furniture provided, can go month to month, amazing printer, gym access and coffee/tea/mugs all provided including a mini kitchen. Cons: 1 men's toilet for 60+ offices left the bathroom smelly, messy and often unusable, phone calls often going unanswered or not warmly received, the walls are NOT sound proofed. They opted for a cheaper build out which results in hearing everything going on in neighbouring offices. One should be aware of what you're getting into and be aware of these concerns.

Eight months ago, I moved my home office into an office space at Regus. I very much appreciate the professional atmosphere here, a tone set by the administrative staff and as well as fellow entrepreneurs. Now, home time is family time, and time at the office is clearly defined as business productivity time!

I love this place. It solves a huge problem: commercial leasing is a nightmare and creates a large liability for your business. With Regus you get a turn key office (virtual or physical), receptionist, phone system, IT and washrooms. These are huge hassles that I never want to have to deal with. I love the location and the decor is nice and clients are impressed by it. The sound proofing is poor between offices but you learn to live with that. Despite all those good things I still have not got to the best part. The staff they have working at this particular Regus are AWESOME. Rita goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my company and thinks on her feet to handle client meeting situations that could otherwise be awkward. Kristy is great and high professional. Carole, who runs the place, is a hard worker and on top of everything so you never have to worry about it. I would recommend Regus and this location to anyone who doesn't want the liability and hassle of running their own physical office.

Great Management, Great location right on the Subway line,.. everything you could want or need. Highly recommended if you have clients in the Yonge / St Clair area or just need a good Downtown location that's more central than the congested downtown core sites. Plenty or locations to entertain your customers for lunch or dinner as well within seconds of the front door. Justin their manager is very accommodating and Rupam at the front reception is always friendly and helpful. Well done guys Jeff Scherf

The Halifax Regus office is the perfect spot to conduct business. The offices are newly renovated and beautiful and the centre staff (Sarah, AnneMarie and Tarrah) are fantastic. Each CSR is attentive and accommodating to your needs, understanding your changes in business. I wouldn't go any place else!

I have been with Regus since 2013 and it has been a great experience. The staff are warm and welcoming to not only me, but all my clients. They truly provide a professional experience. From the refreshment area to full gym this is great value for dollar. That said, what I enjoy the most about Regus Langley is the great group of business people on our floor. I have been with the Langley Regus almost since day one, I have a beautiful office with a wonderful reception area that is included in the rent. I went from $8,000 a month in overhead down to $1,500 making it easy to make a profit. I will be with Regus for the foreseeable future as long as they can handle me.

I've been working here for that past 6 months and the staff has always been caring and friendly. The reception, kitchen and bathroom areas are always well maintained as well as our office space. The receptionists are especially nice and they are always efficient with their daily tasks. They always wish me a good morning with a smile and asks about my day, which really helps brighten up my groggy mornings. Overall, it's been great working here and we are expecting renovations soon as well! Something to look forward to :)

I have been a member of the Regus Businessworld for a few weeks now and have really benefited from the friendly and professional business environment that the staff and patrons have created. As an independent businessperson with an eye on fixed costs - the arrangement here perfectly suits me so that I can pop in, pop out, get some work done while not worrying about making a massive rent payment each month for office space. The internets always fast and reliable, there's lots of start-up related activity going on which provides networking opportunities and the Regus staff are always the first to address any problems that may arise. My productivity has greatly increased in this shared officespace.

I love this place! It is home away from home.........the staff are professional and helpful. It allows me ( a 1 person business....) access to services and technology that I do not have in my home office. It offers me board rooms, office supplies and staff help, if necessary, to put together written materials for my next Board meeting. What a great place to invite clients for meetings as well.....the Board rooms are great for bigger meetings.......my guests are offered coffee, tea or water before being shown to my office........they all arrive very impressed with the attention paid to the details of making them feel comfortable. I'm not here in the office every day but even on those days when I'm not scheduled to come in and my time table changes.........I can hang out in the business "lounge" and just carry on working! Three cheers for Regus Yorkville! What a great concept.......... I'm hooked.........no more working at home alone........when I now have an office full of friends!

It was our first experience moving as small family run business into an office, and felt undone by Regus. Seven months without proper lighting-We told the salesperson we, needed an office to work evenings and weekends, we soon found out the office did not have lighting on evenings and weekends. When we inquired at the centre, we were told the lights were on timers and could not be switched on. So we worked around this, we kept the door open to get second-hand light from other windows, we bought pluggable lamps, and a battery operated LED lamp if we absolutely needed to work late.As fall kicked-in and the sun set earlier; we became desperate as the office became darker sooner. We found some lights were on weeknights and weekends, so I looked for an unoccupied office that had lighting, wrote to the centre to be moved at another office even at an extra fee, then and only then, I was shown the light switches, almost seven months after my initial request.A few months for keys to furniture- Once again the salesperson showed us cabinets and storage that has locks, unfortunately the furniture did not have keys. It took months for them to get us keys to the furniture.Also we only have one desk to work on, the salesperson said another desk would mean two kitchen fees. The two kitchen fees are charged, the second desk is not here even today. It is almost impossible for two people to work like this. With all these shortcomings Regus automatically renewed me. I had no choice, they were not decent enough to send me a notice, even though I told the Regus salesperson we needed an office for one year only, he put in an automatic renewal. They gave me an ultimatum to pay 3 extra months at full price roughly $3,000 cash grab from small family run business like us, or be further automatically renewed for another year within 15 days. Important: 1. Say “no” to automatic renewal (they do it automatically 60 days before your contract ends). 1b. Say no to the retainer or bring it down to a smaller number, it could hurt your cash flow, they took a $1000 plus retainer from us. 2. Everything you ask for even the smallest change, must be in writing (because you working with a company that doesn’t care).If you go into this Regus relationship with small business friendly attitude, they will absolutely take advantage of you. I know we would never treat our clients like this.

Je suis en désaccord avec Laurie Delware. J'étais en train de chercher un bureau à Brossard et que dire des locaux de Regus. La salle de conférence est les salons d'affaires sont vraiment magnifiques et la réception traite les appels de mon entreprise avec un grand professionnalisme. J'étais stressé par rapport au fait d'acheter et monter des meubles, possiblement faire des petites rénovations pour accomoder mes employés et ce avec des délais très serrés. Regus m'a permis de lancer mes affaires très rapidement et de plus, le fait d'être dans d'aussi beaux bureaux au Dix30 impressionne ma clientèle. Je recommande ce centre d'affaires géré par une formidable directrice, mme Gaelle. PS : les cafés sont plus que délicieux. Vous n'acheterez plus jamais de café dégeu au Tim Hortons et économiserez beaucoup si vous etes un caféinomane comme moi.

Starting with reception, you will be met with a smile and a warm "Good morning". You will not have to ask whether there is mail as it is being handed to you as you reach the reception desk. The area is clean, friendly and is well lit. The hallways to the the office are clean, uncluttered and bright. The office door numbers are large so as to see them easily.The offices are tidy, the furniture is up-dated and wi-fi service is fast and for the most part always available. The telephones are easy to use and very accessable. Any questions you have are answered immediately. If reception does not have an answer, you will have one within minutes!I have recommended Regus to a number of my business associates and friends. this is the way of the present as well as the future. I would not think of going anywhere else!

We needed a space for 4 people, with an indefinite time horizon, unknown growth needs, and immediate occupancy. We didn't want to lease or rent a place, and buy furniture and network, only to move later - so Regus was an excellent solution to our needs. We planned to stay a two-three months only, but will end up staying more than six months because our business strategy is in flux. They've been quite flexible with us, and meetings with visiting team members, customers, and some extra space needs for a couple days have been met.The Kitchener Regus location is excellent, in the heart of downtown, and is a quick walk to restaurants, fast food, parking, the Bus Station, and four or five banks. Facilities are clean, the kitchen has coffee/tea/fridges/TV/and Microwave, and some seating. A Small and Large Conference room both have TV's that can take VGA or HDMI for inputs, and phone/internet (wired/wifi) services are available.Receptionists are polite and friendly, and very helpful. Business manager manages London and Kitchener, with Kitchener being a remote location, however has been accessible whenever needed via email, and visits frequently.We will be growing into needs that will require a more industrial setting and custom exhaust and ventilation, otherwise we'd be staying longer term.I should mention that costs are a bit high, compared with leasing space elsewhere, or even a rental competitor up the street, but for the flexibility, it was worth it to us.

Quality is in everything Regus does. But... charging a business relation of your business lounge member for a 30-minute meeting is outrageous! One of the main reasons we all want to part of Regus is being perceived as a professional. If you are unable to meet occasionally with a client/business relation for 30 minutes, that is a real shame.

Regus' negligence and lack of experienced in it's Staff / Management can have negative repercussions on your business' ramp up and even GROWTH! Our company went through hell with them. They will befriend you but don't trust them. They are scum and full of petty salespeople who don't understand that they are responsible for a lot more than their monthly quotas to full up office space. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A BIG MISTAKE & HURT YOUR COMPANY GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL. REGUS is ready and able to mess up all your plans and cost you money. I wish i has the opportunity of ready a Google review like this before signing with them.

Regus is eager to get your business and it's well worth it if you can tolerate the initial rigamarole in set-up and customization. The staff are nervous but highly efficient as they deal with the complex menu of services and policies which are as carefully priced as a hotel bar fridge. Once you're in however, you're part of the family.

I don't even know where to begin. The building used to be operated as Athene Offices and Services. Regus bought them just as they've bought up most of the other shared offices. Here's a list of issues:- They love to send Termination of Services letters. Once our part-time admin left so we missed their invoice of $28. It was 10 days late. Instead of calling/emailing to let us know, they "terminated" our agreement. When my partner went there to meet a client, Regus told the client we were no longer there and wouldn't let my partner into the building. For some unknown administrative reason they couldn't accept payment from him either. They turned our client away over $28!!! We are a small business. They are a huge corporation. Shame on them.- We decided we didn't want their "services" anymore so we paid the $28 and told them we accepted their termination. They decided on a whim to reinstate us and began sending bills to which we continuously replied we accepted their termination letter. Then they started sending letters threatening collections and legal action. They said we had to pay for another 15 months! We were on a month-to-month with Athene. When I told them the only agreement we signed was with Athene and we had no obligation to them, they showed me an agreement signed by our part-time former staff. Seriously? Are we really to be held by this? If that's the case why stop at lease agreements? She should just go buy a car for the company too.- As for their services, they nickel and dime you for everything. I needed to print something once. The receptionist was happy to do it. Later I got a bill for her time which was $35/hour billed in 15 minute increments. $8.75 to print a document!- Their offices start at $750/month for a 6' by 6' room with no windows.Inefficient, unfriendly, not professional, not someone you'd want your clients to face. It's sad that such a large corporation builds its wealth bullying small businesses. I have many more examples, but it's not worth my time. Lease from Regus at your own risk.

If you travel extensively and often use coffee shops to work, you should look into Regus Business Lounge. You get better work environment, quieter environment, superfast Internet speed and of course very good coffee. This is only the start. If you need to meet with customers you can rent an office for a day.

I really enjoy the professional atmosphere of the Burrard and Dunsmuir location. I can always count on my customers to be greeted properly when they come down. Although I may not attend the different events we have through the year it is nice to know that they exist.

I am very glad to have a membership of Regus and opportunity to have an access to business center during the traveling. Regus has a nice locations in cities,friendly staff, and a good business atmosphere.However, during my recent trip to Russia, I visited the Regus center in St. Petersburg on June 3, 2013 (Nevsky pr., 55) and was not able to getaccess to Internet because the only computer they have was on technical service.My suggestions: it would be very useful to have at least two working stations in order to avoid the delay in service. Thank you!
