Regus offers office rentals to small to mid size businesses. Regus is slightly expensive, but it is worth it. Regus offers a number of valuable and essential services to renters that makes your stay worry free. Strongly recommended to small businesses and start-ups to consider renting with Regus.
Our organization has had a "virtual office" here for 2 years. It's such a poorly managed facility, we've dealt with 3 managers in that time due to turnover. Takes 3-5 days for them to answer an email; forget about any queries regarding invoices or statements, they just go unanswered, or you get passed around via email between 2 - 3 different people and eventually get told to "log into your online account", which is very temperamental. I really feel sorry for the receptionists, they're run off their feet and left to deal with the mess from management. We won't be renewing, and are looking for an alternative space in the south.

Its a good location, conveniently located near the bus terminal. However, entrepreneurs should be wary of the strong arm tactics of Regus Brampton. Regus will lure you in with a low monthly rent but at the time of lease renewal will hit you with an exponential rent increase.
I am their tenant and my rent is poised to increase by 17 percent at lease renewal for 2017. I am lucky that I have 11 months to renew the lease and as such have ample time to find another office location, but, if your lease is going to expire soon and you are hit with a 17 percent rent increase, chances are you will succumb to the pressure tactics and sign the lease for another year.
This strong arm tactic of Regus, then begs the question, do entrepreneurs really want to get lured by the low initial rent only to incur exponential rent increases later. The rent increase will leave you as an entrepreneur no choice but to relocate and incur extra charges while doing so.
My advice to potential tenants - do the math and be very careful when renting from Regus. No point in renting from them and moving shortly thereafter.

Excellent Customer Service and location
Stay away from this place. I signed a virtual agreement for an office and was signed up for auto pay. The first month it worked with no problem the second month Regus did not charge my card I was waiting and nothing happened. I contacted the WILLBROOK center and they could not help. I contacted the Corporate office and they told me to call the local office. Today I went in and the manager of the center Larissa Stone told me I need to prove that the card didn't go thru on my end by getting something from my bank. Funny BECAUSE I USED THE SAME CARD THE SAME DAY TO MANUALLY PAY BILL ONLINE!! SO NOW I'M CHARGED A LATE FEE THAT I CANT GET BACK. HOW CAN YOU GET CHARGED A LATE FEE ON AUTO PAY?! HOW?! REGUS IS UNETHICAL!
Incredibly poor service. I've never encountered customer disservice like this. Follow-up was nonexistent and they would forget their own cases. We have been a customer from 2008-2016 and we'll be terminating our contract for constant disservice from Jan 2015 until June 2016 (16 months). They honestly don't seem to care that we were a customer either. We emailed Mark Dixon and he referred us to a customer service rep in Texas that kept forgetting our case, held less authority than the manager in Toronto, and would not call us back. Their accounting is also so broken that any refund that takes place happens separately and incompletely. I've been waiting over a 2 months for a payment be returned to my card.
Ever since Clara Nigh left and they made budget cuts, their customer service fell apart.

Avoid. Building and office space is class A. Nice location. However, their service staff is either poorly trained or poorly prepared for dealing with clients. On at least one occasion, the center manager hung up on me and refused to take my calls. Her manager later apologized and told me that the staff member was counseled and that they would be using the incident as a "teachable moment" for training toward better customer service. Also, they have a pattern of being inattentive to client communications. It took 4+ emails over several weeks to get them to respond to an ongoing issue. The regional manager only responded after I contacted the manager of another center. When they did respond, they handed me off to the same office manager who merely parroted the same scripted response as before and which was basically to say too bad there is nothing we can do to help you. They will attempt to lock you into a long term agreement that automatically renews with long advance notice periods. Buyer beware.

Be careful. "Phone answering service during business hours" includes them answering the line then forwarding immediately to voicemail. If you want calls forwarded to even a single number, that costs extra. Not much of a phone answer service. Why not just have your voicemail answer with a message you like? Rip off.

Very disappointed with this location, staff not on time, I had to wait so long for the staff to open the door that it made me have to reschedule my apt, then the staff openly talks about the renters and very rude when I explained I wouldn't come back. Save your money, go somewhere professional.

Complete and total scam. They will double charge you, fraudulently charge cards and then they won't respond to email, wont' call back and then have the nerve to tell you it will be 4-7 days to return the money they stole. My invoice was for -$79 I had a credit! Yet they charged my card without authorization for $134!!!! This is after they already charged we twice for same month just a couple weeks ago!

I've worked for multiple companies in this shared office space. It has always been clean with friendly and helpful staff. The rented offices can be a bit dark and drab but they function well.
We have been at the Regus building on Alabama Street in downtown, Indianapolis since November of 2014, and we are still here for many reasons. The building is very clean, the environment is really nice and the staff are really professional. They always make sure that clients are taken care of in the waiting area. The location is right down the street from the city county building, which makes my job as a private attorney a little easier, because it is within walking distance. I recommend this office to anyone who desires a shared office space. They offer many customized packages to fit your needs and wants! And did I mention how great the staff is? They are REALLY AWESOME! :)

I have been a tenant at Regus HQ for over 10 years and in that time I have had a very positive experience until the last few years when the level of service here has diminished dramatically. There has not been a full time manager on the premesis for a number of years now and subsequently when the numerous telephone and computer outages occur, there has been no one to offer or provide assistance. I was told yesterday that in fact we have had a manager for over a month...a gentleman who occasionally comes to this office..I was shocked to hear this because this is the first I have heard of him. His name is Jamie and I had a brief conversation with him yesterday; enough of an exchange for me to have advised him that he should have at the very least introduced himself to the tenants here in Saddle Brook..This individual has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to maintain a high level of service here in Saddle Brook. For a manager to not even bother introducing himself to the tenants is appalling. He has in effect been hiding from the very people he was hired to provide a service to. Now I'm told that he in fact "manages" four of these facilities. No wonder...with the degree of responsibilities that he accepts...it might as well be 400 facilities that he would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in. As disgraceful as this lazy incompetent is, the real blame falls on the shoulders of the people who hired him. They obviously don't give a hoot for their customers to allow such an individual to "run the show". I am extremely disappointed to know that Jamie is the person who is in charge of this office. I strongly recommend to his surperiors that they take their responsibilities seriously enough to at least have a person who is capable of managing an office of this type .

Located in the Atrium building in Victoria’s downtown business district, the Regus Centre is a great place to work! Shelley and her staff are personable, friendly and professional. There is nothing that her crew, Peter and Rhonda, won’t do to help their clients with any business need, and the facilities are second to none. I was skeptical about signing a lease with Regus because of the Negative reviews I saw online. Thankfully my experience at this Regus office has been nothing but great. The manager David Do took exceptional care of us! He was accommodating and genuinely good people. Each of our concerns were taken into consideration before we signed our lease. He treated our business with a great deal of care as if it were his own. Can't forget about about the girls up front! Both very friendly and personable as well. They even went the extra mile to stock up my favorite candy each friday. Chocolate! Never had any issues here. The offices here still smell new! I would definitely recommend. If it was not for David and his staff we would not have rented here. Thanks.
The NPUSA Corporate Office is located in this beautiful and friendly Summerlin Community of Las Vegas. The property Regus building management staff in Town Square have served the tenants & customers well.
The facility is top notch and Beth and Rose at the front desk are the best. The kitchen is always well stocked and clean. It's definitely more expensive than if I would lease space on my own. But when you take into consideration everything you get, the convenience and ease.... it's worth it.
I paid up front voluntarily for 3 months during the summer, and I was told I get my deposit back immediately from Adam.
It's already December, 4 months later, and no check. It's small, but I'm still disappointed when any company treats their customers this way.
The Regus at Clark Tower is simply one of the better work environments I have experienced outside a regular office and I have lived in serviced apartments for extended periods of time in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Brazil. Andrew (I assume is the manager) and the two front girls working the desk are always very welcoming and helpful when it comes to using the facilities. The coffee/tea/kitchen area is always very clean and well stocked. The wifi is very fast and the facilities overall are top notch. I will definitely recommend this to my associates in town conducting business to utilize the professional environment while on the road. Keep up the good work Regus!

I have a wonderful Regus office space with a great view of downtown Chicago. Michelle, Brendan, and the rest of the staff are all extremely helpful. With Regus, you have access to your office 24-7, and they have a large conference room available for rent.
I've been at the Evanston Regus for almost two years. It's a very nice space, and the conference rooms are professional. Michelle is the best. She greets my clients professionally and always takes care of any request I have, with a friendly smile. Brendan is great, too. He has helped me several times with various needs I've had. Under New Management!! I have to say I'm impressed at how much better things are run now. I've owned a number of businesses over the years, so Flexible office space is a must for me. Regus has always been my go-to, simply because no other office provider offers as much as they do. However In the past there were some communication issues at this location which I think effected their service overall. I looked into a number of the different providers in the area over the course of a few months, although some were nice, none of them could offer the amenities that Regus does.
Looking back at them now I have to say its like a completely different environment. The new manager Yvonne has not only brought things back to the standard I grew to know, she has exceeded it. She seems to have a lot on her plate getting things in order, however she is always responsive and helpful whenever anything is needed. I actually received a compliment from a client regarding their experience with her when they visited the office recently.
I would tell any Professional/Business Owner looking for office space, you will have a hard time finding a better option.

Conveniently located in Downtown San Antonio and access to every major freeway, price is unbeatable. The view from the 14th floor is beautiful! You have access to a kitchen equipped with amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine..etc. The location is very well maintained by its cleaning staff. Parking is conveniently located underneath building with security 24/7. The ladies at the reception desk are always welcoming to our guests. If you have an issue they fix it immediately. Overall we have had a great experience with Regus.
Every morning when I walk into the regus building it feels like I am already at home. They always greet you with a smile and give you the most ultimate care above and beyond your expectations. They come by your office to let you know if you have any mail and they keep you updated if there are any traffic delays (especially since I drive an hour to work everyday). This is the best place to have an office in Lexington.

The Regus St. Louis at CityPlace is a beautiful building. The facilities are well maintain which makes working there a pleasure. The café on campus is clean, well priced, and the verity of the food is great. Plus the other advantage of the café is that I do not have to drive anywhere for lunch. There is also a gym on campus. Assess to the gym is included with the lease of the office space. The office, gym access, and the café, I feel like I get the most out of my work day without a lot of traveling and stress. The center staff is professional and are always there to help you whenever you ask them. I work for CBS Television, who recently made the decision to open an office with Regus at 333 N. Alabama. The location couldn't be better, the staff, every single step of the way has made transitioning to this space a satisfying one. A place Im proud to meet any client, a comfortable professional yet warm environment. A nice 'vibe' which isn't accidental.
Hits the spot. We needed a branch office to see clients but didn't need a lot of space. We needed a clean, classy reception area but didn't want to pay rent for another room. We needed a location that many of our potential clients would find familiar, but didn't want them to have to pay for parking. And we needed a friendly reception crew, but didn't want to hire a new staff person.
Bingo on all fronts. We like our experience so much in Monroeville that we have added another Regus location in Cranberry.

Looking for an office for a team of two, we stumbled upon the Regus Town Square location. Its proximity convenient to both sides of town was a big bonus, but the real factors in deciding to secure our office space at this location was the friendly and accommodating staff paired with the state of the art facility. This office space was above all others in amenities, cleanliness and service. The team, led by Kelly Bieterman, is always welcoming and is innovative in finding solutions for all of our needs. Regus is a great place to locate your business. The staff are absolutely incredible. The network events the Regus staff put together facilitate networking and a connected atmosphere among the tenants. They are also very helpful and committed to doing whatever they can to help me be more effective. I intended to be here a short time but now that I've been here over a year, It's where I work and I would miss many of the people here 'at work'.
The team at Regus Cool Springs is great! We worked with them virtually for a number of years before switching to day office space for our firm. Through every interaction they have been more than willing to work with us on our unique needs, are incredibly responsive, and every member of their team is incredibly welcoming and warm!
This office is terrible, it comes with a man and few women. Once there is time, the arguments start between some renters, as obviously the rental admin people (one of the women) favor the guy who intrude someone's office.
As other renter prefer go police, the admin office ask to close the door and never to let the intruder know the rule.
The office is very noise and those door are not able to sound proof. The office was separated into small, and holes of ventilation connected room to room and you can even see other room's light and hear the voice from those holes.
Those admin people are not able to teach renters how to do and what to do. For money wise, all kind of people and type office are there. So, be caution of this.
This was my first experience with Regus and we are now in our 4th month with them. For an independent business person, they are an excellent choice! The office is clean and professional looking, and the staff is very responsive to any requests we've made. Lynne and her team do an excellent job of greeting clients both in person and over the phone. With the phone and internet package we got with our space, we run like a stand-alone office that would cost over double what our current costs are.

This office space is amazing!!!!! The location is so convenient for my clients to access and locate. I have clients come form 2.5 hours to 3 hours away and have no problem finding my office. Plenty of my clients comment on how beautiful the office lobby is and how friendly the staff is to them. The staff "bends over backwards" to be so helpful to me, it is very enjoyable and extremely professional office environment. I work in a small branch office of a larger company and we have rented Regus space in Southfield, MI for 3 years. We have had a great experience with consistent management and no problems. Any issues are quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. There has been some staff turnover but the quality has been excellent. The management and staff are efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I haven't had to deal with the financial end of the rental agreements but the work end of things has been great. I recommend them.
I couldn't have asked for a better situation to start my new job. To have a team like Frank, Ben, and Terri greeting everyone with a warm friendly personality has been wonderful. This Regus Center in downtown Louisville is a wonderful place to work and conduct business. Brian Schneider and the support staff of Jacob Lane and Mandi Raffety do a superb job of making things run smoothly on a daily basis. The facility is nicely decorated with state of the art conference rooms and office space. The waiting area and kitchen areas are spacious and clean. The location on 4th St. is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants, hotels and entertainment within walking distance. Three things matter when you select an office space: location, facility, and people. At Regus' St. Louis Park, MN facility, all three are excellent. The location offers easy access to pretty much everything in the metro area. The facility is modern, pleasant, and conducive to productivity. WOW, I love my Regus Lake Forest office. With this location on the north side of the Chicago area and right off the interstate, it is so handy to stop in on my way to and from my Chicagoland appointments. The staff is great; helpful, courteous and available. It is like having my own office staff at a fraction of the cost. This Regus location has an array of current technology equipment available for my use that I could not possible afford on my own. I have booked appointments in my office and everyone is impressed with the professional office, Staff and atmosphere. For lunch appointments I have the onsite Deli cater in which saves time, yet maintains the privacy I require.

I have been working at this location for 6 months, and I really appreciate all of the accommodations that Regus provides. Our entire floor is currently under renovations, which can sometimes be a nightmare, but they have done a great job making improvements. The construction team works after business hours, which is very convenient, and also exciting to see the progress once I arrive in the morning!
I have to say, overall I think the best service Regus offers is the excellent receptionists that they've hired. Heidi and Taylor both have been very helpful to me. For my job I conduct interviews, and they're responsible for greeting them, having them fill out an application, and alerting me once they're ready to go to my office I have gotten myself into some sticky situations where I have overbooked, and they both have gone the extra mile to make sure each person leaves happy. They also have gone above and beyond during this construction phase, and it has made all the difference!

We ended up choosing to rent the offices at the Regus Minneapolis location in the Fifth Street Towers for four months.
I could not more satisfied with our experience. Our individual offices were set up exactly as needed to accommodate my staff, and the conference room, kitchen and business services are all first class.
Most importantly the staff at this location, specifically Kierra and Donna, are exceptional. They are extremely friendly, and they are always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of my staff and clients.

I've been a happy tenant with Regus at Stone Oak Parkway since June 2015. Among the factors that have made this a great decision are: the excellent building location (just 1 minute from highway 1604), the beautiful business architectural design, the very functional business facilities (meeting rooms, business lounge, kitchenette, etc.). But the most appealing factor is the people who run the facility at the front desk, they always have a smile in their face and a great attitude. I highly recommend this place.
The girls at Penn Center are great! After having to relocate to Pittsburgh to salvage our local office, I quickly realized that my job was made much easier by the Regus girls. I couldn't have asked for a better team!!
We started out thinking we would only be at Penn Center for 3 months last September, well we are still here and love it. We have 3 offices that we rent and we love the staff. The ladies that are at the reception area on our floor are amazing. Always happy and always glad to see you in the morning. This alone can brighten anyone's day.
The office space is convenient and close to our homes. We can grab lunch at several close restaurants that are within walking distance. Starbucks and Panera are within walking distance.. There is plenty of places to go for a walk on your lunch break.

I see a lot of people have had issues with Regus, and I am no exception. I have had many problems here since they took over but, the staff here - Anna and Tim the manager have gone out of their way to fix issues and solve any problems I have had. I can say honestly, I am still here because of their service and their concern for my business. I believe if the whole company took their approach to customers, Regus would see way more 5 star reviews. I give the staff her all the credit and the 5 stars!!!!!
Do your company or firm a favor and avoid Regus. I have had a great deal of experience with Regus, and their customer service (administrative support services, billing, etc.) is incompetent and indifferent. Business and virtual offices in Dallas at Servcorp, Alto 211, Fort Work, and, for lawyers, VENUE (www.attorneyvenue(dot)com) are a much better bet.

Auto renewal!! HahaHere is what you asked for, Mr. Dear Regus customer service:-On moving in to London buildings, we signed a contract with “FAY” for 3 months with a one month notice thereafter. Rent has always been paid on time with an exception of once a BACS was made in error for £480 instead or £840 due to typo error, which was corrected immediately.A few months later we started receiving emails on 15th of each month “a rent reminder”, followed by another a few days later, followed by another “rent has not been paid” and a new invoice “due immediately” for the following 2 months.Whenever we questioned those emails, we were told by the receptionist to just ignore them as rent is always up to date, which we did.This matter escalated to not only email, but asking our staff to pay (knowing that it has already been paid). I spoke to London building in person a few times to find out what the problem is & was told that Regus system shows payments a few days later and hence those silly emails. I asked numerous times to stop this harassment as it cause problems for us and our staff but in vain.One of our staff could not handle this chasing as she walks into and out of the building & decided to leave. We are a 2 persons operation & losing 50% of work force caused us a lot of problems.Last June we received a phone call from “Sofia” the GM asking if we will stay or leave. I personally informed her of the problem we have (which she promised to resolve Regus payment system problems) and that we planning to leave by September or October, her reply was “good luck & should we change our mind to let her know”.On talking to “Hanan” the office manager a few months ago, she was determined that we are locked into an AUTO RENEWAL for further 12 months and that if we don’t stay, Regus will not only keep our deposit, but also will make debt collectors chase us for rent of whole 12 months. She was extremely aggressive, unprofessional and unreasonable.I explained to her our signed contract with “FAY” was only for 3 months, but she insisted that we carried on paying the rent & therefore agreed to new “house rules” which she emailed me. This we were never made aware of at any point of time, never agreed to or signed for. She then mentioned that if Regus does find someone to rent our office, things would be different. How can the find a new tenant when the only person that can deal with it is away for past 20 days! And no one else can!I sent an email to Hanan last month explaining our dissatisfaction and desire not to fight this matter but to just walk away & gave her a month notice to quit, we received no reply to date 19th October 2015. I spoke to a few members of London buildings including the GM, Agnes the receptionist, the office manager on duty “EVA” but nothing happened. Reason I was given is Hanan is on leave and no one else can sort this problem out. Very strange for such a big company to act in this unprofessional and incompetent way.I went online and was horrified with the amount of negative reviews and same problems as we having. The more reviews online I read the more determined to stop Regus stealing tenant’s money through legal channels and informing whoever planning to use Regus not to become a victim by posting our experience online, open to everyone to review before committing themselves.This illegal practice has to stop one way or another. My business has been an Abby Office customer for over 8 years In Houston at 9801 Westheimer, 77042 in the Westchase District. When Regus took over in Spring 2015, their transition was complicated and sloppy. I had always pre-paid Abby in advance for 4 months of mail service, three times a year. I prepaid Regus in July 2015 for 4 months(August thru November 2015). To date, I have not received one piece of mail. I called them 10 days ago, and they told me that I was not a customer of theirs, according to their computer system. But they took my money, gave me no service, then told me that I needed to sign a 12 or 18 month contract to continue using their address. Abby Office did not have such contracts. OK, fine, but where did my mail go for the past 4 months? This is BUSINESS FRAUD.
We signed up for virtual office space for 12 month term. I had made it very clear to the sales rep that we are interested in 12 month term only but he still set up the contract for auto renew and did not inform us or went over those terms. Our company is no longer in business and after explaining this to the sales rep and the location manager they did not even return my email. Their practices are very shady and sneaky. Never again I would sign up for their services and will advice all my friends and associates to stay clear of Regus! Save your self and don't even sign up with them.
We rented an office in Bangkok Thailand and from the very beginning the problems began. The voicemail rarely worked, and even when we finally were able to get them to record a custom greeting on the voicemail the phone system would go out every other month and erase our outgoing message. Mail took over a month to be forwarded and by the time we received it we had lost an opportunity with the customer. The shadiest thing about them is their contracts. When we met with a sales representative there was a one page contract with a tiny link with the terms and conditions. These pages were not printed out by the sales representative when we signed the contract. One of the items in those terms and conditions is that the contract will be automatically renewed unless you give 3 months notice that you want to end the contract. There is no notice or reminder about this and if you miss the three month deadline you are not able to get out of the next year. Terrible!!

I have been working at the Regus Petaluma office for a little over 3 years. The staff is always very professional and helpful. During business hours, there is always someone there to accept deliveries, mail or anything a client or vendor might have to drop off without us having to be there. The facility has everything you need to run an office including reliable wi-fi, a good copier, printer, shredder, kitchen and conference rooms. This is a good place to have a small business!

I might be over doing it calling this bunch extended family, but it is true, not only is the staff amazing at THIS Regus office, but the office culture among the various companies is so unique with this specific office. The ladies (and sometime gentlemen) are extremely helpful, pleasant, thoughtful, and super professional. If only every Central Indy Regus office could reach this level of fantastic!
Have been a tenant since April 2015. The experience has been great. The offices are very functional and comfortable. Location is great. Valerie (person in charge) and her colleagues do an outstanding job and are always willing to help with anything that needs attention. They have a wonderful attitude and always with a smile.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Regus. The facilities are modern and well kept. They include a lounge with coffee, televisions, wifi and work stations. The staff is courteous and helpful. The price is affordable, particularly for someone starting a new business.
Buyer beware of the fine print. If you do not terminate 3 months in advance, they will auto renew you for another full year. I found that out the hard way when I tried to terminate 2 months in advance. Entrapment is not a good way to do business.
I have been a tenant at this location for almost a year, and have been extremely satisfied during this time. If and when an issue ever arises they are quick to resolve it. I am also extremely impressed with how proactive they are, and constantly looking for input from the tenants to improve and make it a positive professional environment for all.
I would highly recommend this center to anyone in need of a work/meeting place.
From a new small business owner perspective, Regus was excellent to work with. The spaces they are offering are considerably lower than their competitors, it is modern and sleek, and comes with several free and pay options that start-ups usually cannot afford. I was extremely impressed with the reception I received from the front desk and imagine all customers will be too. The only negative comment I have was that the pricing is confusing, but they were changing over their pricing structure when I met with Regus. Julie was wonderful to meet with and Duluth is pretty lucky to have this service available for businesses. It could help development in our community.

Best Decision Ever!
So, I hate reading reviews let alone writing one! BUT, I had to tell you my experience with Regus on Frazee Road! I recently took a sales job in which my company wanted me to work from home. Seeing as this is the trend for sales people and everybody is moving in this direction I thought sure. I didn’t realize how much of a distraction my 17 month old son would be. He's not totally to blame... there are other distractions at home too like the mailman, lawn cleaner, UPS, FedEx, drones, noisy neighbors and loud barking dogs to name a few. I decided to investigate renting a space at Regus. BEST DECISION EVER! WOW, what a difference!!! It’s affordable, professional, quite, and you have access to a full kitchen, office supplies and staff. The coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator are community property but kept extremely clean and clear. My clients who visit all are greeted with a friendly receptionist, ask if they want coffee and a cozy place to sit and wait. The building is in walking distance from Ralph’s grocery store, Starbucks, subway, pizza place, Mexican restaurant, Crazy Bowl’s and Wraps and much much more. The parking is awesome as well. There is plenty of street parking but if you are like me and want to upgrade for garage parking it’s very inexpensive to do so. The rental also comes with gym access and security in and around the premises. I could not be happier to be renting a place from Regus and was compelled to write this review.
Regus West End provided our start-up company with everything we needed to get up and running. The facilities are great. The staff is top notch and dedicated to helping us succeed. The flexibility that Regus provides is more than I had hoped for. Thanks Regus!

Our team has been at the Regus Cincinnati location for a year. We like that our clients are always greeted with a smile and a modern clean office! The large conference room is convenient and functional to hold presentations for internal and external teams. Franny and Michelle always go out of their way to make sure our team stays productive. We especially appreciate the well stocked coffee service and the cleanliness of the kitchen space. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for an office that is both functional and impressive looking to your clients.
I spent five months at Regus Cincinnati while my firm's permanent office space was being finished. I highly recommend Regus Cincinnati if you need temporary or even long term space. Michelle and Franny were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra step to assist us.
Love the flexibility of Regus. There are various membership options based on how much office-time you need per month. Full time offices are also an option. Regus' worldwide locations make it easy to drop in an office or set up a meeting while traveling.
My Business World Membership allows me to pop in for WIFI and coffee (Asheville or other locations). The membership also gives me discounts when I need a day office or conference room for meetings. Regus has a professional feel. There are many different types of businesses here, which makes for good networking. 4 stars due to constant turnaround in staff over the last year -- but otherwise thumbs up.

For a co-op office set up, Regus nailed it for us. Clean, class A space at a reasonable price. Best part was the staff. Rachel up front is on it. Rachel on the Spot, as we refer to her. Need anything, she delivers. I don't usually take time to write reviews but these folks, Rachel in particular, earned it! As a small business owner, I rely on the Regus centers for my needs. Because of this, I frequently visit many different Regus locations throughout the Ohio and Pennsylvania area. Though I've always had a very good experience at all of them, the Dublin,Ohio location is by far the best of the best. Each time I visit a center, I always look for the following: 1. Great customer service, 2. A friendly knowledgeable staff, 3. Clean and well kept offices, meeting rooms and kitchen areas, 4. Updated office equipment. While most of the centers score a 3-4 star in my opinion, the Dublin location is a solid 5 Star. I only wish I could do all of my business at the Dublin center.
My first day in the office I walked through the doors and was greeted by a "Good Morning Matt"......the staff goes out of their way to have you transition into your office like you been there for years!
Excessive Billing: We are on a three point five month contract and have paid around 2.5 months, when one includes the deposit. Somehow we have been asked to pay £2,000 extra.Inconsistent Billing: Regus's charges have been consistently inconsistent, this is something that that they have admitted. Fraudulent Billing: We have been charged for items that we have not used, this includes telephonic charges.Poor Servicing: Persistent wifi and firewall problems.Unclear Billing: The bill was not submitted in with any clarity. The format was changed and it was impossible to read.Late Billing: Every bill has been handed to us late.Associated Penalty: As a result of attempting to find a solution to their poor management (which we have clearly documented) we have been penalised through our office access being revoked.Staff Attrition: This penalty has caused staff attrition.Loss of Business: This attrition has cost us our partnerships over a lack of output.Knock-On Effect: As a consequence of this loss, we have lost our opportunity within the market.Organisation Collapse: This opportunity has taken 10 years achieve and has collapsed our organisation.Financial Ruin: As a result of this collapse, I have lost my life's work and encounter financial ruin.
Professionally managed and well-kept (clean) too. It is a pleasure to meet clients in this atmosphere as it exudes high-end feel from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the front desk. Kitchen is stocked with complimentary everything (coffee, plates, etc). They even do special events for us at times, such as for the Super Bowl. If it's not obvious, highly recommend this location.
We have 2 offices at Regus in Easton. Michael and Dan have taken excellent care of everything we need. The space is clean, the staff friendly, and it provides the professional atmosphere that we want.

Atlanta Regus Buckhead Tower horrible. Habit of overcharging, no return phone calls. The manager is no help resolving overcharges. Never returns phone calls and never responds to emails. Do not do business with this company.Update: The manager did return an email after I threatened litigation. All overcharges have been refunded. Now waiting on return of my security deposit. It's been almost a month since my lease ended.

I work for a medical company with an office in the Regus building. The facility is situated in a nice area and is a secure building. Parking is no problem as the lot is very large and is free. There are offices for whatever need you have and there is a nice conference room. Regus also has a kitchen area with coffee and tea products available. I have nothing but good to say about the staff that work on this floor. They are courteous and professional and do their best to meet whatever concerns or needs I have.
I have been a member of REGUS Lake Mead office for several years. Recently there have been several changes in the receptionist position. I though it was going to be very challenging to replace Brittnie, however I have been pleasantly surprised.
Briana is a breath of fresh air to the center. She bring a sincere warmth and caring about her position the companies here. Our clients whom have had the opportunity to meet her all have a similar response that she is one of the most cordial receptionists that have meet.
Please make sure to keep her here, we all appreciate her great attitude and conscientiousness. She continuously goes out of her way to do a great job.

The Regus in Beachwood is absolutely outstanding. Our company uses Regus for 14 other offices and we couldn't be happier with the building, the staff and the overall experience.
Specifically at this location the staff and reception as well as the general manager are very accommodating to all of our needs. When we asked for something or need something it is done as soon as possible. I know they are managing many different companies here as well, so it is nice to be appreciated!

The staff at Regus at the Esplanade in Phoenix is professional, prompt, and courteous to both me and my clients. Offices and furniture are clean and well maintained and the kitchen and other common areas are open and foster a nice sense of professional community. Highly recommended.
I am in the last month of my rental agreement with Regus, only for them to have given me a £882 "exit fee" charge. I guess they were not happy with me leaving so they invented a charge. I have a £1600 deposit with Regus so it's not like I can tell them to shove it. they will simply take what they want and leave me with the crust. Unless I get my deposit back, Small Claims Court it is.
I recently moved out of Regus after needing it for temporary home for the last 3 months. The team there (Michelle and Franny) were always welcoming to my team and me, as well as clients that came in to visit. In addition, they were always quick to help with any requests or issues that came up during our time there. The kitchen and refreshment area was always clean and fully stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. If I ever needed temporary space again, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I also would highly recommend this space to anyone looking.

Quite possibly the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with!! If you want lessons on not how to run a company or the best way to create negative customers - learn from Regus! The fact that a site called Regus-sucks.com exists and is frequently updated by unhappy customers should say something!I signed up for a one year virtual office solution in China in May 2014 (or the company I represented did, I was just the signatory). At the time of doing so I explicitly stated that this would only be a one year contract after which we would no longer require the service. I was assured that was fine and it would not be renewed unless I asked. In January 2015 the company ceased operations and I left China. Before I did I informed the company in person that I was leaving and wouldn't need the service anymore. A simple goodbye was said and nothing was said of having to follow up in writing to cancel the account. Fast forward a few months and I saw an email from a Philippino debt collection agency on behalf of Regus. Frankly its lucky I saw it as I no longer used the email account and only saw it on an old device that it hadn't been removed from. To cut a long story short, not only had they auto renewed my contract for a full year, despite being 100% aware I explicitly told them I didn't need it as of Jan 15, 4 months before my already paid contract would expire but they then refused to acknowledge ALL my emails to resolve the problem!I emailed UK customer service, Chinese customer service, my account representative in China via her Regus email and the Regus center directly via my admin portal. Not ONE of these had the courtesy to reply. Its an absolute disgrace! The contract isn't even with me in the first place!!!Whilst I was a customer with Regus I sent them three paying customers, despite them having a referral program I never asked for anything. Since this fiasco started I've referred 6 friends/acquaintances to their competitor. Well done Regus, not only have you lost a customer with your disgraceful attitude/possible illegal actions but you've also lost future customers!!If you're considering Regus for your office solutions, look past their flashy advertising and stay well away!

Had to get a day office on short notice while in Vegas. Walked in, explained my situation to the staff who set me up immediately with a room, they were very accommodating. Erin and Louise actually made the experience flow smoothly, which I feel is due their courtesy and natural good energy/attitude. I felt like I had been done right by them after my clients were welcomed with coffee, water and personal attention that exemplified Regus’ respect for professional climate. This center is absolutely recommended as long as Erin and Louise are handling business for you.

I have been a tenant of the Ballantyne Regus office for over a year and have just extended my contract for 2 offices for another year. The center staff has undergone some changes which sometimes can be a negative; however, the current staff of Kristie, Crystal and Patricia are wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and they are more than ready to assist with any requests. The office location could not be better, just off I-485, and the covered parking is a major plus.
Our company enquired about a virtual office with Regus and they totally misled over the telephone. Once we noticed we was mis sold the office (some 2 hours later) we immediately contacted Regus and told them we did not want to proceed with the order. We have since received continuous threats and demands for cash from Regus for a Virtual office to which we never agreed to. They are now threatening us with Bailiffs although having spoke to our Lawyers Regus have no legal right to demand monies from us due to us not receiving the product that we requested. We would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of Regus. We can categorically say that they are nothing less than Cunning Fraudsters.
I had signed up with Regus India, prepaid for my services. At the end of the contract, the renewal was not done due to issues with my credit card. I fixed the issue and send them a message to proceed to charge my card. Never got a reply. I made many phone calls to their head office and branch office and send emails requesting them to charge my card, but never got a positive reply. I then received a email stating suspension of services due to unpaid amount. I tried to make payment but was ignored. Due to receiving the suspension of services email, i had no choice but to move on from Regus because they never did help me to charge my credit card . Nearly 2 years later, i am receiving emails from a debt collection agency, demanding for payment for 2 years of service which i had never utilised or have not been informed about the renewal of such services. I am disappointed with this unethical and unprofessional service provided by Regus. Its been the worst experience.
I've been at this Regus location for many years. The clean, professional environment is ideal for conducting business and meeting with clientele. Not to mention.... the staff here is OUTSTANDING! They are always friendly, professional and eager to assist.

Regus has illegal business practices and steals money from people. I had a contract for a year. Though, i did not want to use it anymore I still kept my one year contract. Then 2 weeks after my one year contract expired I called to cancel... they said it was too long and they auto-renewed me for a year. I asked to see my contract. They did not give it to me. I asked to cancel they would not let me. They just steal money from me every month, because I don't use their services.
My Regus office in Roseville is absolutely fabulous! It has friendly staff that provides outstanding customer service.
The office space is very professional. It is a true turn key operation that provides everything for my office needs.
My office is clean, set up to maximizes my productivity. From day one my office was ready to use with my phone, printer, copier and network connectivity to get the job done.
I also have access to a large professional conference room for on-site meetings.
Lastly, the lobby is spacious, with an area for eating lunch, flat screen TV and has a full functional kitchen. The complimentary gourmet coffee and tea are fabulous and something I look forward to everyday.
I would highly recommend this office location to anyone or business looking to take their company to the next level.
This company will do everything to grab your money and get you into their offices. Don't trust them. We have now been charged late payment fees for an invoice only a few days old. For months we have had problems with invoices been over charged extra. Do we send an invoice for our time paid wasted for their mistakes. Disgusting - do not trust. Find any other office space possible.

I wouldn't advise starting a contract with Regus. They hide things in the fine print and won't let you get out of the contract. Sneaky company!! I saw a bunch of class actions against them for this reason. AND when you email and call them to deal with your issue, they don't call you back... and then randomly send creditors after you. So bad.
All,I have been reading through many of the reviews here and have found most of the negative ones revolve around the "auto renewal" clause. It seems like these types of clauses, also referred to "evergreen" clauses are pretty typical. I have downloaded and read the agreement. It states in line 4 that:"4. CANCELLATION: Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled by the member in writing. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time after 90 days by giving 90 days written notice on the 1st day of any calendar month thereafter. For non-monthly memberships written notice must be received at least 90 days before the end date of the agreed term."I am fine with that clause and if I go ahead with the contract, I will set an alert a week before the 90 day period on my calendar to re-asses my needs and cancel if I don't want to go beyond 6 months.Is there anything else I should be aware of?Thanks

I went to collect post from city west business park the cheeky manager goes we have returned your post without warning, returning our post it was personal attack not a business decision it's a breach of contract! They been returning our post for days they did not discuss this with us. She was laughing while telling me she returned our post just deliberately. It was a personal against me! City west business park your a bunch of scammers you caused my business issues now I'm going to cause you issues! A bunch of unprofessional jokers!

Regus Victoria, BC is located in the Atrium building in the heart of downtown. It is a fantastic place to work. The facilities are clean and very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and professional. My regus membership gives me the flexibility I need as an entrepreneur who 'works from home' with 2 kids. I can come and go as I need to, and am provided a great little work space at an incredibly affordable price but still have access to all the office services the full time office members have. I wanted an office with a view, and I am looking out at the North Shore mountains and Coal Harbour from this 13th floor space as I write!

I have used this facility at 33156 at the Datran Building for the last 3 years; I am extremely satisfied, as this is the best facility in town, besides having the friendliest and super efficient staff, comprised of Kira and Paola. All the services are very useful and priced right. I highly recommend this location. Kudos also to Kasandra, who is the local Manager.

This is by far the best Regus Center in the entire city. The building and lobby are as inviting as a professional business center must be. However, where this place shines above the rest is the staff. It is an understatement to say that the entire staff goes beyond what is required. I would highly recommend Regus as convenient office space in the NorthBay. Whether you are looking for a single office or have a group of people, they can accommodate anyone. With a range of IT and "service" packages, you can find exactly what you need for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is quiet so you can work without distractions, or if you fancy a chat, you can wander to the kitchen where there is a TV and more-than-likely some other people making a snack or getting coffee etc. The staff are professional and friendly - they will transfer your calls, deliver your mail and literally help you with anything you need. The views from either side are fantastic too - a view of the hills with trees or a water view. It really is wonderful.

Regus San Rafael and the excellent staff here provide outstanding support to our firm as we grow our thriving independent wealth management practice, Meritas Advisors. They reliably take care of important logistical aspects of running our business, enhancing our productivity and enabling us to focus our time, energy and attention on serving our clients. The Regus solution has worked out well for our new branch office expansion as we want to try different locations and need to be flexible to accommodate our growth, which is going to be a moving target over the next couple of years. I've had a real or virtual office at this location for more than 2 years. The view from the conference room is the most spectacular of all the Regus offices in the Portland Metro area, and the glass doors on the offices give the place a spacious, open feel. My clients love to visit me here (as long as they don't have to drive over the Sellwood Bridge, but that will be over soon). The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful and the atmosphere is congenial and relaxed but still very classy.

I had been a virtual office client of Regus at a different location, but often had the need to rent day offices at this location. I find the staff here very welcoming and friendly, and professional. They were always willing to happily assist whenever I needed it, as it wasn't my regular center, and I was unfamiliar with the various facilitt features. When it came time for my business to lease physical space, I chose this Center largely because of the updated and modern feel and the professional staff. Also, this location is accessible to freeways. I am always able to quickly identify my location to clients by telling them it is near the San Jose airport. There is always plenty of parking including a gated, covered garage (for tenants). This is now my second year as a tenant of this specific location. Mardin and her team manage this center very well.

I love the convenience and the amenities provided by the staff at the Regus Columbia Tower business center! Anything I need help with, I get help with. From figuring out if an envelope needs one stamp or two, to just having them mail it for me. If I need something they probably have it or an extra (like the plain old CD-R I needed the other day in a pinch), and they know what's located near. Like when they knew that there was a Notary Public right across the street. This is a great place to have an office.

The general manager is responsive to emails and has a great demeanor. The Parker location is brand new and has a great design. The staff is very kind and helpful. This office has incredible views of the entire front range. I have been at the Parker location for around 6 months and I have been extremely productive. I have been in the center for a couple years and I do not plan to move unless I get a drastic rate increase. The management has always been accommodating. They are not perfect and things sometimes do not work but my experience is that they have always been caring and seem to be interested in resolving the issues quickly--that has been my personal experience. The center is extremely clean, well maintained and recently remodeled. My client love coming here because of the convenient location and the amenities. The center manager has worked with me to offer me rates that make sense for me to continue using this location for office space.
I work here and see a lot of clients. The receptionists don't suck. The building doesn't suck. My clients don't think the place sucks. The kitchen doesn't suck. The water doesn't suck. The parking doesn't suck. The location doesn't suck, though for some reason a lot of my clients can't find the place, but I blame that on their map skill sucking since I found it no problem the first day of work here.
The phone ringtone sucks. I hate it. It's loud, sharp, annoying, fast, and really easy to hear from like anywhere on the floor.
But then again, you're not gonna miss a call, so I guess it doesn't suck really.
Bill and Sara, the receptionists here, they don't suck, in fact they're pretty awesome and often offer my clients beverages when there's a wait before my wonderfulness is available, and everyone knows waiting sucks, so why not have some coffee, or water, while you sit awkwardly in the lobby thinking 'man, life sucks...oh I know! I'll facebook on my smartphone! Yay life rules!!'

The office appearance and view is spectacular. I always say that employees make or break a company and these employees are doing a great job of making Regus the best it can be. I work at a company that operates at the Regus 425 Market. The support staff, including Malik, Jane and Demetrius are professional, helpful and friendly and I would recommend the Regus both for its location and for the great office space that it provides.
I needed to find an individual office space. I only needed enough space for a desk and an extra table, IT support, and simple office facilities. I doubted whether I'd find something "just my size"; but Regus Tualatin had exactly that (as well as larger offices, suitable for two- or four-person teams). With the office comes IT, mail delivery, printer/copier use, and kitchen facilities. Regus occupies the entire second floor, and the atmosphere is quiet and professional. The management are very attentive and accommodating. The location on the Tualatin Commons is excellent, with easy parking, plenty of dining options nearby, and an artificial lake around which to sit or stroll after lunch.
We have a fairly large company with about 50 employees. Most of our employees report to our shop every day. So we didn't need a huge office space. Just enough for our 3 office staff to be able to answer phones, set appointments and do bookkeeping. Regus was the perfect solution! It's a little spendy compared to other office space for lease in town. But it's worth every penny! You get so much more with Regus! We looked at 3 or 4 other places in town for office space and all of them were less expensive. But each of them were also less professional, not nearly as nice looking and no amenities. They also all had long, drawn out, difficult application process for leasing.
Regus was a breath of fresh air compared to the others we looked at. The application process was simple and easy. No credit or company history checks to wait for. No long form to fill out. Just easy and quick.
But it was really the ambiance, professionalism and amenities that sold us on Regus and have kept us here for 2 years now. You get so much more with this place! Nice board rooms/meeting rooms to use. Nice open waiting room with coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, hot chocolate, and more. Nice kitchen. Free snacks occasionally, nice optional social meet-ups for networking, and more! All the office furniture and shelving and desks are all provided. So that saved us a good $5000 right there! And the receptionists in front represent our company very well.
What we got was an office space that makes our company look the most professional we possibly could - at a fraction of what it would normally cost us to rent a space in a building that nice with that much space and two full time receptionists.
When customers or people who are looking to work for our company come to our office now they are instantly impressed! It's makes our company more appealing to work with and to work for. We went from an office space that people used to question (in regards to whether they wanted to work there) to a place where people HOPE we'll hire them, because they're so impressed with our space. Same with customers. Customers who come to our office are incredibly impressed.
